FEES

Choosing a doula is a very personal thing. You are looking for someone to support and guide you and your partner through one of the most important events in your life. I schedule a free visit where you can ask me questions, go over your priorities and expectations, and hear about the services I offer. This meeting is intended for you to get a feel for me and how I work, and to determine if I am the doula for you.


Birth Doula Fee  $1200

Once you decide to work with me, I collect a $400 retainer fee. The remainder of my fee is due after your baby's birth, at your first postpartum visit.


My fee includes:  

• 1-2 prenatal visits
• Help in formulating your personalized birth plan
• Unlimited help with answering any questions that may arise at any time during your pregnancy, labor and postpartum period
• On call for you 24 hours a day from 3 weeks before your due date until you go into labor
• Continual support for you and your partner during your labor and birth
• Breastfeeding help and troubleshooting
• Resources and information to support you through the postpartum period

 
Placenta Encapsulation $150- $200

I offer placenta encapsulation at the discounted fee of $150 for  clients, and $200 for non-clients. Please let me know if you would like more information.

Please let me know if you are experiencing a financial hardship. I am willing to work with clients to find a payment or barter that works with your financial needs.
